As soon as our systems are fully operational, you will regain access to your PTCB Account. We appreciate your patience and understanding while we work through these technical difficulties.

Please review the following information:

• Renewal Applications:  If your recertification application deadline or certification expiration date is on April 30, 2026 or May 1, 2026, your date has been extended to May 7, 2026.
• Scheduling/Rescheduling Exam: If you are attempting to schedule or reschedule a PTCB exam appointment with an exam authorization that has an end date between April 21 and 30, your authorization has been extended to May 7, 2026.
• Taking an Online Exam: If you are attempting to access your online exam appointment session, you can click the Begin exam link in the appointment confirmation email from Pearson.
• Practice Tools: If you are attempting to access the Pre-PTCE or Practice Bank tool, and your subscription ended between April 21 and April 30, your subscription has been extended to May 7, 2026
