Become a Recognized Training Program

Are you an educator or employer that would like your education/training program to be PTCB-recognized?

PTCB-Recognized Education/Training Programs are a key component for technicians seeking to earn PTCB credentials. To be recognized, programs are required to attest that their curriculum meets our knowledge requirements for that particular credential.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Starting in 2020, PTCB requires applicants for the CPhT Certification to complete a PTCB-Recognized Education/Training Program OR equivalent work experience.

Programs not meeting our requirements may enhance their curriculum and attest in the future. Program recognition is part of fulfilling our mission to advance medication safety and serves to set uniform curriculum requirements for PTCB-Recognized Education/Training.
